About Me

I am Sonal Jain, a Functional Nutrition and Fitness Coach based in Dubai. I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward lasting wellness through a holistic approach.

 

My philosophy is rooted in balance: nourishing the body with whole foods, moving with purpose, and cultivating sustainable lifestyle habits.

With a strong emphasis on the vegetarian diet, I help clients explore how plant-based nutrition can fuel energy, support digestion, and enhance overall vitality.

My coaching is grounded in Functional Nutrition principles, recognizing that every person’s needs are unique and require personalized strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

 

By integrating movement with nutrition and lifestyle practices, I create a comprehensive path toward resilience, well-being and longevity.

My Story

Few years ago, I thought being thin meant being healthy. I lived on chocolate bars, chips, and popcorn, convinced that walking was enough as an exercise.

The gym? I thought it was a curse, so i never entered it!

My energy was low and my posture showed how weak my muscles really were. A blood test was my wake-up call. That’s when I realized: thin doesn’t mean fit.

 

My turning point came when I got introduced to a course in nutrition. I instantly connected with it, and there was no going back. That course gave me a new purpose: helping others who feel the same confusion I once did.

 

Looking back, I realize the roots were always there. My dad was a recreational badminton player, and I remember being fascinated watching him train with dumbbells. My mom took very good care of her health with exercise and nutrition, and she made sure we grew up with wholesome food. Coming from a family with an active lifestyle, I knew I had it in me too.

 

The diploma helped me understand how the body works, and I was thrilled to normalize my blood work and reach a fitter state. I kept learning and growing for a better version of myself.

 

Today, I feel energetic, inspired, and motivated to share what I’ve learned because health is about being strong, balanced, and truly alive.
